  WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I tried to order a pallet of water from them. The customer service rep couldn't find it. I waited for 10 minutes. I then went to go shopping so I wasn't wasting more time for her to figure it out. I come back. She informs me that she found it. She says she found it and that they added more bottles to the pallet than before. I call to arrange a pick up. I am put on hold on customer service for 7 minutes and then the phone hangs up. I call back. Put on hold for 10 minutes. I just wanted to tell them what time I would be picking them up. Go send a tow truck driver to get the water. They come back. They are small bottles. The woman at the customer service desk ordered the wrong kind and never said anything to me. I call to inform them to bring it back and get the normal sized water bottles I asked for. I get yet another rude customer service girl with an attitude. My time and others time and money was wasted because of this womans mistake, and on top of it I had to deal with extremely rude customer service women. I spend so much money here, and this is completely ridiculous. Costco might be my next option. I wouldn't waste my time here. RUDE, uncalled for behavior. Wasting everyone's time and money. The girl tells me to come back and exchange them. My driver comes back and he tells me they want $82 more, which she NEVER SAID ON THE PHONE. I call and ask to talk to a supervisor and am put on hold for 12 minutes again before I hang up. My driver went back and was told that to get the regular sized bottles it would be $83 more. The driver comes back and instead of being rung up for water they rang us up for cut tulip @ $9.00 x 48. CUT TULIPS?! Not very apologetic at all. The man called and got better treatment. How do you run a business like this? I am surprised that business owners even use this facility.

  Customer service is pleasant, not a great selection of bulk items though. You're not really saving that much by being a member because they still want you to clip coupons from the monthly booklet that they send out via the mail. Not to mention the name sounds like a chore itself.
